How To Be An MLM Superstar!

I would love to have a dollar for every time I heard someone tell me that they quit their MLM or Network Marketing company, because it did not work or was not any good.

So why ALL the non working "no good companies", Hmmmmmmm let's look at this phenomenon.

As you may already have guessed, I am being facetious.  Although some companies are better than most, and in fear of turning this into a debate, let's just leave it at that.

There is infinite wisdom in many old sayings, "you can't teach an old dog new tricks", "a leopard never changes their spots", "the way anyone does anything, is the way they do everything".  The truth is you cannot change anyone who is not willing to change.  Many a relationship has been destroyed, by the fantasy that someone has mystical powers, and are able to overcome this know fact.  So if this is the truth, STOP recruiting, wasting time with, or trying to convince those that do not want a better life.  When dealing with your warm market pre-qualify those that you spend your time with.  Look for the signs! If your prospect does not want to do what it takes in their life, and by the actions of what they do, how they live their life, or what they have, show nothing more than dreamer qualities and a desire to flap their jaw with no forward moving actions. MOVE ON!  They are not a good candidate.  I am not suggesting that you should ignore your family and friends and let them drown.  If they have not asked you for help or a better way, why put in so much effort into enrolling them into your business.  Become successful, and they will seek you out.  Then, you can spend the time with them if you desire and help coach them to success. God forbid you spend all that time enrolling them before they are ready, and they say yes!  You will have to put in the same amount of effort into getting them to work your business and work the plan.  WHY?, would you want to put in that much time. You can work with those that want to do what it takes, and just have not found the right plan yet, or even better are already superstars in their life and want more. 

In order to be an MLM Superstar you will need to build a solid base.  That base should consist of people willing to do whatever it takes to succeed, people that need very little maintenance, people that can be given a plan to follow, and will stick to it.  Start with that as a base, and watch you business soar!
