Purchases and Refund Policy

If you choose to purchase a product or products we offer for sale through this web site, we will collect information from you needed to process your transaction and will charge your credit card accordingly.  You may request a refund for your purchase during the satisfaction guarantee period specified on the product information page. For physical products, the product must be returned to us before the refund is issued.  To return a product, you must contact our office and obtain an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product to us and shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Absolute Best Service Company reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at any time. You agree that you are authorized to make purchases, and that all payment information provided by you is accurate, including but not limited to your credit card number, billing address, and credit card expiry date
